Change Your Vibration = Change Your Health

Did you know that your emotional state is a key factor to successfully keeping those pounds off once you've hit your weight loss goal? Even when you are looking and feeling great, the negative emotions can derail even the strongest of your intentions, determination and will to stay the course.

Denied and repressed negative emotions are one of the major reasons why 70% of bariatric patients gain much - if not all of the weight back within the first 3 years after surgery. These are dismal statistics given the fact that it is a radical procedure and for many of you a last resort. However, until you learn how to Release and Shift negative emotions, it will become very difficult to sustain the weight loss success you have worked so hard to achieve.

Dr. Candice Pert, research professor in Georgetown University's Medical Center states in her book, Molecules of Emotion, that each cell and organ of your body has been imprinted with past emotional traumas and negative thoughts. It is not enough to simply understand mentally what causes your body to be out of balance - if you repress or deny past hurts, resentments and insecurities without ever releasing and healing them, they will over-ride your rational mind and cause you to begin the roller coaster ride of self-destructive behavior.

Each cell in our bodies generates energy. At all times we are vibrating at a particular frequency based on the energy of your body's cells. The key to being successful is to clear the toxic feelings which have accumulated over a lifetime on the cellular level and then replace that space with positive energy to reset your vibrating frequency. It takes more than just using your mind to think positively to sustain your success. You need to get your emotions on board as well. The more you raise your vibration (by clearing negative emotions) the more you align your mind and body to resonate with the physically healthy and vital person that you are.

No matter how happy you may be feeling about your physical body - it won't protect you from people hurting or disappointing you, from things not working out the way you planned, or from financial challenges and set backs. That's part of life no matter what shape your body is in. In these difficult times there is no amount of negotiating with yourself to make you feel happy when you are upset. Recognizing and dealing with these negative emotions is the first step to releasing them from your existence, if you repress them they only get stronger and harder to overcome.
