Stacy Posner

An attorney for over 14 years, Stacy Posner is also a successful 3 year post gastric bypass and reconstructive surgery patient. Stacy has won her own gastric bypass appeal as well as winning her own groundbreaking reconstructive surgery appeal. As a result, her insurance company denials were overturned and her insurance carrier was forced to reimburse her for her surgeries.

Stacy has since been very successful at using her expertise to win appeals for other bariatric and reconstructive surgery patients. Ms. Posner has been invited to speak at various support groups and is extremely dedicated to the WLS community and helping you fight for your right to get coverage.

Christine Laczynski

Christine Laczynski has been an attorney for over 25 years. She has a master's degree in counseling, and has managed the human resources department for a large corporation where she was a liaison between the company and health care providers. Christine has been involved in many successful WLS and reconstructive surgery appeals, and is sympathetic to the WLS community as a result of her first-hand knowledge of Stacy's experience. Christine has also been invited to speak at various support groups.
