In order that the packages we ship may be tracked by our customers and ourselves, we only ship our products via UPS. We can ship US Mail upon request but the tracking is difficult and cannot be guaranteed. We charge a flat $10.00 for all shipments under $75.00. Orders over $75.00 are shipped free of charge in the US only. When calculating actual shipping date or shipping time, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.

Orders going to Alaska & Hawaii will have an additional $15.00 added to the order for the additional shipping costs.

Back Order Products

At Focus28, we try to ship your order out the same day you place it. If we do not have your vitamins in stock, it usually takes 3-4 business days to get them, they are shipped out to you the same day we receive them.
