Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST are placed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00PM EST Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on a Holiday will be placed the first business day after the holiday.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air via UPS. Please note the shipping and delivery days for these are Monday through Friday only.

Note

We ship UPS. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Back Order Products

At Focus28, we try to ship your order out the same day you place it. If we do not have your vitamins in stock, it usually takes 3-4 business days to get them, they are shipped out to you the same day we receive them.

Important Summer Shipping Info

During the summer months we are NOT responsible for the melting of chocolate products while in transit. We pack our products as well as possible to prevent melting, but once your order leaves our premises, the weather is out of our control.

There will be no returns or credits on protein bars or any chocolate products because the package has been left outside in the heat.

If your package has been left out in the heat, carefully unpack the bars and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. The bars will reharden, and not suffer nutritional loss.
